1. Book Your Space

A completed Advertising Contract is required before space will be held. Payment is required before space is confirmed.

Space Insertion Deadline: March 16, 2012.

2. Prepare and Submit your Materials

Requirements:

Reference the Size and Mechanical Requirements Sheet for format and mechanical requirements.
Materials Due: March 23, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. EST to designer.

Ad Development:

Graphic design services are available at a rate of $95 per hour, and subject to availability. If you think you might need assistance, please indicate this as quickly as possible.

3. Finalize

Make checks payable to:
